DESCRIPTION:

Students will develop an appreciation for the health initiatives they have access to, from simple at-home treatments to the help of health care professionals.

OBJECTIVES

Students will:

  • Explore the factors that cause global health issues to spread as they learn about global health inequities throughout the world.
  • Begin to understand the difficulties faced by children when access to health care is not available.
